Crowne Plaza Hotel is located on an area of 100 hectares and is the largest in the region, with 420 rooms and suites, and a pool of 5,500 cubic meters which is called the lake. The Resort is one of Jordan's social security investment.

In addition, the resort is located on the largest sandy beach in Jordan along 310 meters illuminated by a light at night and a dedicated family sessions, you can access the beach by panoramic lifts directly overlooking the dead sea, so that these lifts will give customers an advantage to enjoy the beauty of nature.

The resort also includes a number of restaurants, the most important is (the restaurant bourj al hamam - a Lebanese restaurant chain) which is also located at the Hotel Intercontinental - Aqaba. And there's another heated pool neighbored by a Mexican restaurant. The resort has a large meeting room that can accommodate 900 people and a main restaurant, for all organs and bodies, organize their conferences to active conference tourism in Jordan.

The complex also includes a natural health center "SPA" 6000 meters where there are three indoor pools, the first contains the water of the Dead Sea and the others are Jakouzi. And the health club has 32 rooms for physiotherapy, to exploit the nature of the therapeutic area of the Dead Sea in an attempt to revitalize the medical and therapeutic tourism in Jordan. The health center is managed by the French company Thalgo, which manages about 100 health centers for physiotherapy in the world.
